For best hygiene and performance, the unit should be cleaned at least weekly, the handle can be removed and cleaned in the same process, and solid residue should not be allowed to build up in the base or drainage structure. After each use cycle, rinse with clean water, place the wet mop textile in the press cavity, operate the lever, and repeat the pressing action 2–3 times to ensure correct wringing.
