The TTS Double Dosely 00005915V EPDM double on-demand soaking station is designed for cleaning managers in healthcare, food processing and multi-risk-level operations who need to manage two different cleaning solutions simultaneously from a single unit, eliminating tank-change errors and the need for two separate stations on the same trolley.

It incorporates two independent 6 L tanks, each graduated, hermetic and secured by an individual removable safety key. The dosing ring on each tank adjusts flow independently from 50 to 350 ml, matching concentration to the zone being treated — for example, a specific disinfectant for high-risk areas and a maintenance detergent for low-risk zones. Compatible with all 40 cm TTS systems (Trilogy, strap tape, pockets and manual cloths) and certified for food contact in compliance with EC Directive 1935/2004 and EC Regulation 10/2011.

The fully mechanical design without electrical parts reduces maintenance requirements and allows the unit to be cleaned using the facility’s standard hygiene protocols. EPDM seal for use with standard-concentration detergents and disinfectants.
