The Celtex E-Control no-touch hand towel dispenser C95410 is the contactless roll dispenser for facility managers and hygiene coordinators in healthcare, hospitality, corporate and educational facilities who need a no-touch dispensing system with rechargeable battery that eliminates cross-contamination at the handwashing point, controls paper consumption and operates without mains connection or disposable batteries. The infrared sensor automatically delivers a paper service between 15 and 80 cm without any physical contact with the unit.

The dispenser is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, which eliminates the ongoing cost and waste of disposable batteries. Celtex calculates that over the product lifecycle this prevents the disposal of approximately 540 kg of spent batteries compared to conventional battery-powered units — a figure that directly supports environmental reporting and ESG commitments. A single microchip manages all electronic functions, including a configurable dispensing delay of 0.5 to 5 seconds to reduce accidental activations in high-footfall areas.
