The TTS Dosely 00005905KV VITON seal on-demand soaking station is the specialist version for cleaning managers in healthcare, pharmaceutical and food processing environments that work with aggressive disinfectants, solvents or high-concentration chemicals where the standard EPDM seal cannot guarantee long-term durability and seal integrity.

Technically identical to the Dosely 00005905V, this version replaces the EPDM seal with a VITON seal (fluoroelastomer), a material with superior resistance to strong acids, solvents, high-concentration hypochlorite and aggressive alkalis that would cause premature degradation and loss of seal integrity in the standard version. The 6 L graduated tank locks with a safety key, the dosing ring covers 50 to 350 ml per pass, and compatibility extends to all 40 cm TTS systems.

The fully mechanical design without electrical components ensures reliable operation in humid environments and simplifies the unit’s own disinfection cycles without risk of chemical damage.
